A vast range of antique furniture requiring attention passes through our workshops. We can replace legs, repair marquetry, replace locks and copy brasses, re-veneer, re-upholster, re-leather, re-gild etc. Some very important pieces have been successfully restored by the team and some very humble pieces have earned a new lease of life.

Working on such masterpieces gives our craftsmen great insight which informs them when they are working on commissioned pieces. We maintain traditional techniques such as dove-tail joints, hand-planing and sanding and every commission is then taken through exacting hand finishing processes.
